store. This will benefit our co-op in a HUGE way. Thanks everyone.

Registration for next year is open and available
for all new prospective members. I need ALL returning members to fill out a new registration form each and every year.
Get those to me as soon as you can.

We will still be arriving and using the back entrance for the rest of the school
year. Please come right in and get your Pre K3 and under (Toddlers & Babies) to their classes and come
promptly back to the Fellowship Hall for pledges/prayer and announcements.

You will each receive an invoice in your mailboxes for the classes your children
are taking. If you are new-your invoice will also include your registration fee, unless you have already paid that.
I will also be asking ALL families to donate something to our CARES SONshine Fund as we have over depleted the funds
in this account. These gifts are used for families that suffer loses, births, tragedies, personal situations and so
forth. Please remember how it feels when you know someone 'CARES'. Make checks payable to Jane Harbin please
and place in my mailbox.
- I need the Babies-3 Year Old helpers to be at Co-op no later than 12:40 each
week. This will hopefully insure your classroom is set and ready to receive the little one's as they arrive.
All helpers need to check in with Lisa Stahlkuppe once you arrive. This age group DOES NOT attend the weekly
Assembly. If you cannot accommodate this request then please let me & Lisa know ASAP! Thanks you guys!

All members remember that you need to supply your children with a snack/drink
(there are water fountains in the church) each week and also try and send your child into co-op with some sort of
bookbag so they can keep their belongings in it throughout the day. Thanks

ALL members are asked to please stay and help clean-up
and reset rooms. This is a vital part of what makes our co-op so unique and appreciated from Summit Baptist Faculty.

While cleaning please allow your children to go with
the "After-Care Helpers". I need each helper to go to each room at 4pm and pick up the kids and quickly get them out
to the playgound.

If you are unable to attend co-op please contact me ASAP
as we will need to get your spot filled quickly. If you are a teacher then please have lesson plans available to your
sub. Please contact me immediately. Thanks very much!

Remind your children there needs to be NO running in
the halls and to please keep the noise level down while in the halls. We are GUEST at this church and we need to respect
that fact and honor God's House in the way we know and have been taught.

and if you have entries you would like added to the website or newsletter then all you have to do is submit those to me ASAP.
